1) Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between:
The company V.N. OKRETAIL LTD
114 Arch. Makarios III Avenue
3021 Limassol Cyprus
registered in the Trade and Companies Register of V.N. OKRETAIL LTD under number HE 404593
Hereinafter "OKAIDI"
and
Any natural person visiting and/or wishing to make a purchase via the website www.okaidi.cy; this site is accessible via the URL www.okaidi.cy
Hereinafter "the user"

The purpose of these conditions is to define the methods of distance selling between OKAIDI and the user, from the order to payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure its monitoring between the contracting parties.

Placing an order implies irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The general conditions may be subject to modifications. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the website www.okaidi.cy on the date the user places the order.

The user declares:
- that he has the capacity to conclude this contract,
- that he does not purchase products for the purpose of reselling them,
- that he is not a seller.

2) Products

The products offered for sale by OKAIDI are those listed on the website www.okaidi.cy on the day the user consults the site.

The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stock.
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, OKAIDI will not assume any liability in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation.

3) Prices

Prices are listed in Euros, VAT included, shipping costs not included, which are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise specified.

The prices indicated consider the VAT applicable on the day the order is placed. In the event of a change in the rate, these changes may be reflected in the prices of the items without prior notice to the user.

Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is registered.

4) Order

Every order implies the express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The user declares that he/she has read and irrevocably accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing the order. Validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

In order to allow the user to review his/her order before definitively approving it, OKAIDI has created approval and acceptance screens. The order will not be definitively registered until the final validation of the screen for payment of the order by bank card. An email is expected to be sent to the user upon registration of the order. This email confirms that OKAIDI has registered the order, but not that the ordered product is available.

5) Payment

Payment will be made online by bank card, PayPal, Klarna or loyalty card. The delivery note will be placed in the package containing the ordered product.
The user who has placed an order will have the possibility of printing their invoice by connecting to their order tracking space provided for this purpose within the website.

Online payment by bank card:
Debit card, Visa, MasterCard are accepted. Only the amount corresponding to the products actually shipped will be charged to the user's account.

6) Payment security

In order to ensure payment security, OKAIDI uses the ADYEN secure payment service from ADYEN. Bank details are encrypted (SSL security standard) and do not circulate in plain text on the Internet.
The HiPay payment interface uses 3D secure technology. This is a system developed by the two bank card networks Visa and MasterCard to authenticate bank card holders and thus prevent fraudulent use of their cards. In addition to entering the number, expiry date and security code, with the 3D Secure system, the card holder must authenticate himself on his bank's interface, to which he is automatically redirected, by entering a code or personal information that his bank has previously transmitted to him. Once authenticated, the bank will authorise or reject the card holder's transaction.

7) Shipping costs, conditions and delivery times

Except in cases of force majeure, delivery times will be, subject to the limits of available stock, the times indicated below. OKAIDI shall not be liable in the event of a delay in delivery, regardless of the cause. Therefore, the user may not claim compensation of any kind from OKAIDI.
OKAIDI reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct transport of its products.
In the event of failure by OKAIDI to fulfil its obligation to deliver on the date or after expiry of the period indicated or, failing this, at the latest thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, the user may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by writing on any other durable medium if, after having demanded, according to the same terms of OKAIDI, the performance of the delivery or the service within a reasonable additional period, this is not performed within said period.

Order in store:

These general conditions of sale apply to orders placed in store, i.e. orders placed by a customer in store via the web ordering interface with the help of a salesperson.

As with traditional web orders, in-store orders placed in-store with the help of a salesperson will give the customer the option of connecting to his or her user account, creating a user account or even placing the order without identifying himself or herself. The customer who places an in-store order without identifying himself or herself must nevertheless provide the personal data strictly necessary to place and manage the order (surname, first name, address, email address). For more information, see the privacy policy.

OIS in-store orders will be refunded in the same way as traditional web orders

4.5. Cancellation of an order in store by OKAIDI: In some specific cases, especially in the event of a stock shortage, OKAIDI reserves the right to cancel an order placed via order in store. The Customer will be notified of this cancellation by email as soon as possible. In this case, the Customer who has placed an order via order in store paid at checkout will benefit by default from a refund on the e-gift card. By accepting these GTC, the Customer acknowledges that he accepts this clause. To benefit from a refund by another means of payment, the Customer can contact Customer Service or go to the store (the store where he placed his order via order in store).

5.2. Payment for in-store orders: The customer pays for his or her in-store order using one or more of the payment methods proposed below:

Debit card

Visa

Mastercard

As with traditional web orders, in-store orders with delivery are subject to these conditions.

Please note that in-store orders benefit from the legal rights and guarantees arising from distance selling.

Refunds for in-store orders will be made using the same methods as for traditional web orders, except for in-store orders paid in cash, which will result, with the customer's consent, in the issuance of an e-gift card completed with a bank transfer.
