You want to give your opinion on a product you have purchased on okaidi.cy or in a store:
When you make an online purchase, you may receive an email inviting you to give your opinion on the product you have just purchased. You will then be invited to log in to your Okaidi customer account and then fill out the questionnaire containing your opinion on the product and your profile.
This review will appear on the product page of the product in question and will be visible to other users during the period of sale of said product. The presentation of the reviews is done in chronological order by default. The review will contain the date of the experience of the User who left the review.
How are customer reviews of products moderated?
In the interest of transparency, we publish all customer reviews whose content refers to product attributes, whether positive or negative.
Opinions whose content is about:
- The order and its tracking (delivery, changes, returns, refunds, etc.),
- Technical problems encountered on the website,
- Comparisons with other outlets and particularly competitors,
- Any question (request for collaboration, supplier contact, etc.) not related to the product attributes,
- Everything that is contrary to public order and good customs,
- As well as any term that may be interpreted as an insult or defamation against the author or any other physical or moral person.
Therefore, OKAIDI:
- you can freely maintain an opinion left on your website, or delete it by indicating the reasons for rejection
- is in no way obliged to publish the User's opinion or to compensate the User for not publishing an opinion, the publication and maintenance of an opinion being a choice to be made at the utmost discretion of Okaidi. However, in the event of rejection of the opinion, the User will be informed at all times by appropriate means of the reasons for which it was rejected.
Intellectual property:
The User expressly declares and accepts that the use of the customer opinion form to issue an opinion on an Okaidi product entails the transfer to Okaidi of the rights of reproduction, adaptation and dissemination of this opinion on the Okaidi brand website or on any communication medium freely chosen by Okaidi.
Personal data:
Okaidi reserves the right to disclose, in addition to the opinion as such formulated by the User, all information given and/or validated by the User when giving the opinion.
When formulating and validating an opinion, you may enter and/or validate certain personal data which will not be used for commercial purposes. The information collected is indeed necessary to enable us to guarantee the seriousness of the opinions formulated and to improve the services offered to our customers.
