HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
By clicking the "Sign in" icon in the top right corner of the menu, you can create an account if you don't have one.
In the "Create an Account" section, you caan create one using your email address or your loyalty number.
The loyalty number can be found on the back of your loyalty card or on your receipt. If you have any problems linking your loyalty card, our customer service team is available to help you. -
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL?
To change your email address, please contact customer service using the contact form by clicking here . -
HOW DO I ACCESS MY PERSONAL DATA?

HOW DO I MANAGE MY LOYALTY AND NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION AND UNSUBSCRIPTION REQUESTS?
- Subscription to
commercial newsletters:
This represents 1 subscription per brand. To receive newsletters for each of our Okaïdi-Obaïbi and Ïdkids brands, you must provide an email address and/or mobile phone number for each brand in-store or on the website by logging into your web account, "Your newsletters and SMS" section. Please tick [yes] in the corresponding boxes.
Without this information, you will not receive communications regarding our product and commercial offers for each brand.
Loyalty Newsletters:
This is done simultaneously for all Okaïdi-Obaïbi, Oxybul, and Ïdkids brands by simply providing an email address and/or mobile phone number in-store or on the website by logging into your web account, "Your newsletters and SMS" section. Without this contact channel, you will not be able to receive communications informing you of the availability of your benefits.

commercial newsletters:
You unsubscribe per brand. You must present this to each of the brands you've subscribed to, either in-store or on their websites, by logging into your account, in the "Your Newsletter and SMS" section. Select [no] in the corresponding boxes.
Loyalty Newsletter:
This is done simultaneously for all brands, in-store or by logging into your website account, in the "Your Newsletter and SMS" section. Select [no] in the corresponding boxes. -

For any questions regarding the loyalty program, please go to the " Contact " section, fill out the requested information, select "loyalty program" in the "Subject" field, and choose from the suggested topics in the "Subject" field. Your question will be directed to Customer Service, who will respond as soon as possible.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR okaidi.cy SITE?
You must have a customer account on our website to log in and then select items in your cart.
Once you have created your customer account or are logged in, you can select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" box. A list of the selected products appears in the "Cart" tab.
From your cart, you can check the order details (products, quantities, price, size, color). -
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE FOR MY ORDER?
Directly in your shopping cart, we invite you to enter a promotional code if you have one, by checking the "I have a promotional code" box before validating your cart. -
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CREATED MY BASKET BEFORE CONNECTING TO MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
When you validate your basket, you will be invited to log in or create a customer account if you have not done so before. -
HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?
Once the order has been validated, shipped, and paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified. -

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES?
For delivery in Cyprus, except the Canary Islands, you can choose from these delivery methods:- In-store – Free within 4 to 6 days

at home:
- Company: So Colissimo: €5.90. Delivery is free for purchases over €50, within 4 to 6 days.
- At Relay Point: €2.90 in 4 or 5 days. Delivery via Mondial Relay is free for purchases over €50.

I HAVE CHOSEN PUNTO RELAY DELIVERY. HOW WILL I BE INFORMED OF ITS AVAILABILITY AND HOW CAN I COLLECT IT?
For any order, you will be automatically notified by email of the arrival and availability of your package, and in the following days if your package has not yet been retrieved. Your package remains available at the relay point for 10 days. At the end of this period, your package will be returned to us. -
I'VE CHOSEN IN-STORE DELIVERY. HOW WILL I BE INFORMED OF ITS AVAILABILITY AND HOW CAN I GET IT?
So when you receive your package in store, you'll be automatically notified by email or text message. Your package will be available in store for 15 days. -
I PLACED AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE. HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
You will be notified by email from the shipping stage to the delivery stage of your order. You can also track your package by logging into your customer account on our website. Go to the "Your Orders" section, then click on the order in question. You will see the order details, as well as the "Track this package" button. You
will also have access to this tracking in your order's shipping confirmation email.
RETURN / EXCHANGE OF MY ORDER:

I WANT TO EXCHANGE ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS ORDERED ON YOUR WEBSITE BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
You can exchange one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order and present your invoice or purchase receipt:
- In-store: If the item you choose is more expensive, you can pay the difference using any payment method accepted at your Okaïdi store. Exchanges are only possible with an in-store return. -
I WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM YOUR WEBSITE BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
You can return one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order:
- In-store: to the Okaïdi-Obaïbi store of your choice (Cyprus).
Simply provide the electronic invoice, which is available in your customer account on the website.
The store will refund the returned item(s) at the price indicated on your invoice (any discounts taken into account).
The refund will appear in the account linked to the payment method used to pay for the order. It will be visible within 4-5 business days (interbank timeframes). In the case of payment by gift card and/or voucher, the refund can only be issued by issuing a new gift card and/or voucher through our customer service department within 7-10 days. The store will handle the procedures through customer service for issuing a new gift card and/or voucher.
- To our warehouse: you can declare the return directly from your Okaïdi account. To do this, log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" tab, and create a return voucher. Follow the procedure by selecting the items you want to return. For any return to the warehouse, please insert your return voucher into your package to print it.

- For returns by Post Office, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For returns by Mondial Relay, after creating your return form from your customer account, you can select your collection point and print the return label to affix to the package. Return shipping costs are free.
As soon as your return is received and inspected, or you provide proof of shipment, we will refund the returned product(s) with a credit to the bank card or PayPal account used for the initial payment of the order. In the case of payment by gift card or advantage check, the refund can only be issued with the issuance of a new gift card or advantage check. -
WHAT HAPPENS TO DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS IF I RETURN PART OR ALL OF MY ORDER?
Any initial delivery costs will be fully refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Furthermore, OKAÏDI is not obligated to reimburse additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by OKAÏDI. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any additional shipping charges (specific shipping costs due to the nature of certain items that cannot normally be shipped by post). -
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ORDER INVOICE?
Log in to your customer account, go to the "Your Orders" tab, and click on the order in question to view details of the products received. The "Invoice" button is available in the order details. -
HOW DO I CREATE MY RETURN VOUCHER?
Log in to your customer account, go to the "Your Orders" tab, and click on the order in question to view the details of the products received.
Within 30 days, you can access the "Return one or more items" button to select the item(s) you want to return, the reason for returning them, and then click "Create a Return" to choose the return method (store or post office).
Once your return slip has been created, simply click on the "Your Returns" section to print it.

You can check the details of your sales and the balance of your ÏDTROC gift card in our stores where the campaign is taking place* -
HOW CAN I USE MY ÏDTROC GIFT CARD?
You can use it on our website okaidi.cy and in store. -
My ÏDTROC gift card is about to expire. Will it be extended?
Your gift card is valid for two months. We are unable to extend its validity.

WHAT SANITARY PROVISIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN OUR STORES?
To ensure everyone's safety, we have implemented the following measures:- Masks are mandatory for everyone, both employees and customers. They are mandatory for children 6 and older. We cannot provide masks. We invite you to bring your own mask to our stores.

- Hydroalcoholic solution distributors at your disposal
- A store route has been designed to ensure a distance of 1.5 meters between each person, customer or employee.
